The Drug Cartel situation in the United States will finally be addressed in twenty-three days! Closing the border like a vice will be just the beginning. The Drug Cartels in Mexico – that operate with impunity in several States here in the U S – will soon discover that our military can not be stopped by clowns and henchmen, no matter the sophistication of their weapons of war. A top priority will be given to the United States Military over covert Drug Cartel operations throughout North America. It is the purchase of illegal drugs here in the United States that has grown this disease to its current status. Drug Dealers must fear the punishment of their occupation to a point of paranoia. Sentences should be very lengthy and life terms for many. We need a new prison to be constructed in the Nevada desert miles from the nearest road. Build a one-way train to this unmanned facility. The train would deliver supplies and prisoners every Sunday. No power tools, no power generation. Supplies should include hammers, nails, wood and instructions. Seeds and fertilizer wood augment very limited initial foodstuffs. Let the genius of Mankind build a city within four towers at each of the corners of a five mile square perimeter. That is 16,000 acres…capacity of 250,000 convicts. Each of the towers would have four guards in rotating twelve hour shifts; strictly monitors of the facility. The six story towers would contain living quarters, food stores and equipment. With drones and lasers, nothing would be allowed to exit the perimeter of the 16,000 acre prison. Any and all attempts to breach the compound would be lethal. The quality of life in this compound would be determined solely by the morality and work ethic of the inmates. And every dime of this facility would be paid for by the families of the prisoners, the confiscated money of the associated drug busts and possibly a variety of products that the inmates would be instructed to produce. A dozen of these compounds could be created and convicted criminals could have a choice of these based on their personal financial contribution prior to shipping out. The World is changing. We need a new outlook on criminal punishment. Murderers and Drug Dealers, who also dish out death, should face real and devastating punishment; NO WEIGHTLIFTING, NO LIBRARY, NO UNEARNED MEALS, CLOTHING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS. If, by chance, you survive…you may eventually get a chance to return to society.
