Auto Purchase

In the Spring of 2025, I will buy a used car. It will be an upgrade from my Old Pathfinder and it will be cheap; HERE’S WHY. The Pandemic resulted in supply disruptions in the Automobile Industry. This, in turn, lead to a dramatic increase in the price of new cars. With all the Helicopter money that people were getting, people signed car loan paperwork for exorbitant amounts of money for cars in 2020, 2021 and part of 2022. The Helicopter money is gone but, the large car loan amounts continue as those vehicles plummet in value. EXPENSIVE NEW CARS AND TRUCKS PURCHASED AFTER THE PLANDEMIC ARE IN MANY CASES NOW $20,000 UNDER WATER. Forget trying to trade one of these in for a new model. A very large number of these vehicles have been – and are – returning to the Banks. The used car markets are already filled with these vehicles. To complicate matters, most car dealerships now have automobile inventories that exceed alltime records; some as high as 500+ days. These cars and trucks are not only aging as they sit…the dealerships are paying, in effect, to store these vehicles, wash them, charge them and maintain them. Because the labor market in the United States is getting destroyed and car loan interest is nowhere close to the Prime rate, few people are buying new vehicles. But, DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR THESE DEALERSHIPS! Some of the cars and trucks sitting on these lots are still marked over 100K with no price reduction in sight. Ford and other manufacturers are hoping that ignorant people will PONY UP. Those people who are buying new vehicles this Christmas WILL MAKE A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE. IT IS PROJECTED BY ANALYSTS THAT THE AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY WILL SUFFER 40% REDUCTIONS IN BOTH THE NEW AND USED MARKETS BY MAY OF 2025. Pick up a used BMW this May 2025 for $15,000 that is currently $25,000. Wait for NEW CAR AUCTIONS where you will be able to bid on a $60,000 Automobile that may sell as low as $20,000 BRAND NEW (though possibly a two year old Model). You could get a $110,000 New in 2023 truck for $35,000. Once the Dealership Bankruptcies begin, cars were fly off the lots. So, W A I T and you may be able to make the car purchase of a lifetime. Start thinking about what you want right now. Go through all the automobile reviews. Do you need a truck? a four door sedan? an SUV? a fuel efficient vehicle? On YouTube, there are multiple podcasts on ‘BEST USED SUVs’, ‘best engines of all time’, ‘most fuel efficient sedan’, ‘BEST TRUCK’ and there is even a podcast that is an Expose on three new trucks: CATEPILLAR, KIA and FREIGHTLINER. The FREIGHTLINER unbelievably has a starting price of $8,000…I suspect that the engine is extra. The CATEPILLAR looks amazing and – considering the inflated prices of ALL TRUCKS – is modestly priced and loaded. Do some research; THE CAR MARKET IS CHANGING DAILY. B E S M A R T ! ! ! ! ! W A I T.
